The Cabin at Holiday Harbor is available from early May until late September (earlier and later dates available weather permitting. Rental price is for up to four people.

Rates:
$115 per day – Sunday through Wednesday nights 
$140 per day Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night
$785 per week
$3,150 per month

Rates are effective May 1, 2008, and valid Through Dec. 31, 2008. Subject to change without notice Above rates do not include sales and occupancy tax on rentals. We are NOT subject to the Eagle River Premier Resort Tax.

Extra guests are $10.50 per day/per person
Check-In Time—3:00 P.M. Check-Out Time—11:00 A.M.

Please bring your own personal linen and bath towels. Linens and towels are available for an additional charge.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge as well.

Small pets allowed for an additional fee. Please call for arrangements and pricing.

Reservation Policy
A Non-Refundable deposit is required for all cottage reservations as follows:
1 Night Stay $85.00
2 Night Stay $175.00
3 to 7 Night Stay $350.00
Month Stay $1,500.00

Deposits must be paid when making the reservations to hold your date(s).

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and cash only. We do not accept personal or Traveler's checks for reservations or settlement of your final bill.

If you must depart earlier than your original cottage reservation, please contact us as soon as you know. Please note that your advance deposit is applied toward your original cottage reservation upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Cottage reservations may be canceled within 30 days of arrival, however, the deposit is non-refundable. We will provide an in-house credit for the amount of your deposit good for one year from the original date of the reservation.
